Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to guide the technical direction of a cross-functional team delivering user-facing digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of new features and technical improvements across frontend and backend systems
• Provide architectural guidance and set engineering standards while mentoring engineers
• Collaborate with product management to clarify requirements and manage technical debt

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with expertise in React and Ruby on Rails
• Experience leading technical decision-making and guiding architecture in web applications
• Strong understanding of API design and frontend-backend integration patterns
• Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and Agile development environments
