Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to guide its engineering team through complex architectural challenges and drive product execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure software systems, conducting code reviews for long-term code health
• Guide and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
• Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and manage the software development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge in modern backend and/or frontend frameworks, particularly React
• Significant experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Proven ability to design distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and performance tuning in production environments
• Experience leading remote or hybrid engineering teams is preferred
