Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to own architecture and integration for a cloud-native clinical decision support platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and CDS Hooks integrations with VA EHR systems
• Define and drive system architecture and microservices approach for the platform
• Champion DevSecOps, CI/CD, and containerization practices across frontend and backend teams

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on FHIR and API integration experience in complex environments
• Experience integrating with VA EHR systems such as VistA/CPRS or Oracle Health preferred
• Proficiency with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker
• Bachelor's degree
• Authorized to work in the United States; U.S. citizenship may be required for certain roles
