Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (Perm, UK, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and line-management leadership to the development team
• Ensure successful delivery of projects and resolve blockers proactively
• Work with clients to translate requirements into technical briefs and define architectural decisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Significant experience in software engineering, ideally with Javascript or Python
• Experience leading software engineering teams and working directly with clients
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, design patterns, and test-driven development
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Understanding of operational concerns such as security, performance testing, and GDPR compliance
