Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to support IT services for the Federal Election Commission.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for application support, maintenance, and enhancements
Design and oversee architecture for Java and .NET-based applications
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex production issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or application support
3+ years in a Technical Lead or senior-level role guiding architecture and engineering teams
Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, .NET applications, and SQL development
Experience supporting applications in AWS or similar cloud environments
