Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Lead to serve as the primary architect and technical guide for their core product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical roadmap and partner with architects to model complex systems and drive integration strategy decisions
• Contribute high-quality code (50% hands-on) to complex SaaS products and implement long-term technical solutions
• Drive the adoption of modern best practices, including AI-assisted development and DevSecOps, while ensuring quality through automated testing

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developing and maintaining large-scale web applications and services
• At least 2 years in a hands-on technical lead or principal engineering role
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics, or equivalent technical experience
• Expertise in AWS, cloud architecture, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Extensive experience with the Java technology stack and relational/NoSQL databases
