Technical Lead

Job Summary

Technical Lead, responsible for guiding the Business Intelligence Center of Enablement team in defining standards and best practices across BI platforms, managing user roles and platform health, and designing BI solutions, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Define standards, governance, and best practices for BI platforms
• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using IBM Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI
• Monitor adoption and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Eight years of experience in Business Intelligence or related roles
• In-depth understanding of BI architecture and development with IBM Cognos, Tableau, and MS Power BI
• Experience in user access management, performance tuning, and BI content auditing
• Proficiency in SQL or another data manipulation programming language
