Job Summary

Leading development teams in a permanent full-time remote capacity, the Technical Lead will work with clients to translate business requirements into impactful applications while ensuring successful project delivery and adherence to best practices in software development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and line-management leadership to the development team
• Ensure successful delivery of projects and resolve blockers proactively
• Translate client requirements into technical briefs and shape architectural decisions

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in software engineering, ideally with React
• Experience working directly with clients to understand technical requirements
• Proven leadership experience in software engineering teams
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
