Technical Lead

Job Summary

Taking ownership of the product from a technical standpoint, the full-time Technical Lead will stabilize, scale, and rebuild the loyalty platform while leading a small team of developers and driving technical direction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the current system architecture and establish a clear path for improvement
• Define and enforce development standards and lead the engineering practices
• Architect and support scalable systems while driving the development of new capabilities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development, particularly with Python and Django
• Proven experience architecting and supporting large-scale enterprise applications
• Strong front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience designing and building REST APIs
• Familiarity with Agile environments and version control systems
