Technical Lead
Job Summary
Joining a dynamic, fully remote team, the Technical Lead will guide cross-functional offshore and nearshore teams in delivering robust Java-based solutions while ensuring technical excellence and shaping development strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily activities of offshore/nearshore leads and teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery
- Provide hands-on technical oversight throughout all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and production implementation
- Conduct code reviews, approve merge requests, and ensure adherence to best practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of Java development experience with strong proficiency in web API concepts
- Proven delivery manager or technical project lead experience, capable of leading diverse teams
- In-depth understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipeline concepts
- Demonstrated expertise in code reviews and approving merge requests
- Familiarity with SAFe methodology
