Technical Lead

Job Summary

To provide oversight for development teams, the remote contract Technical Lead will manage day-to-day activities of offshore and nearshore leads, ensure technical delivery, and serve as a key point of contact for project execution and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of offshore/nearshore leads and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective delivery and execution
• Review and approve code reviews and merge requests while collaborating with business partners on project updates
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java development
• Experience as a technical project lead
• Understanding of SDLC and CI/CD pipeline concepts
• Knowledge of Java-based coding and Web API concepts
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
