Technical Lead

Job Summary

Providing end-to-end ownership of technical product delivery, the full-time remote Technical Lead will guide architecture, direct engineering workstreams, and ensure solutions align with client mission needs across automation and full-stack development initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide architectural oversight and technical direction for Python-based automation and full-stack applications, ensuring scalability and best practices
• Translate complex client requirements into actionable technical designs and lead solutioning sessions with engineering teams
• Serve as the primary technical interface with stakeholders, presenting solutions and managing decision-making to align with program objectives

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical delivery, or solution architecture
• Strong technical background in Python-based scripting and/or full-stack development (React, Spring Boot, or similar)
• Proven experience leading system architecture and delivering scalable, cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure)
• Experience overseeing cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, data)
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, with U.S. citizenship required for background investigation
