Technical Lead

Job Summary

Leading multiple client engagements in the Life Insurance and Annuity domain, the full-time remote Technical Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and provide guidance to development teams while ensuring adherence to project methodologies and standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and support client engagements, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
• Conduct design reviews and provide recommendations on application architecture, data flow, and system integration
• Drive code quality and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation

Required qualifications:

• Strong experience in Life Insurance, Annuity products, and Policy Administration Systems
• Minimum 6+ years of experience with Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, DB2/SQL, C#, and .NET
• Experience with SQL databases and Policy Administration System architecture
• Proficiency in version control tools like Git and understanding of AI tools for operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in technology or Master's Degree in Computer Applications
