Technical Lead

Job Summary

Leading multiple client engagements in the Life Insurance and Annuity domain, the full-time remote Technical Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and provide guidance on application architecture and system integration.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead client engagements and collaborate with teams to analyze business requirements and design technical solutions
• Conduct design reviews and ensure adherence to project methodologies and corporate standards
• Provide technical leadership and drive code quality through best practices and code reviews

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in development and support projects involving Mainframe technologies, preferably COBOL, DB2/SQL, C#, and .NET
• Strong experience in Life Insurance, Annuity products, and Policy Administration Systems
• Experience with SQL databases and understanding of Policy Administration System architecture
• Professional certifications in Life Insurance, such as LOMA, are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in technology or Master's Degree in Computer Applications
