Technical Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team towards a unified technical vision, the full-time salaried Technical Lead will oversee software development projects, assist developers with task management and troubleshooting, and ensure the quality of technical deliverables while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Guide software developers in day-to-day task management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting
• Analyze software development projects, rectify errors, and assist in project planning and analysis
• Develop detailed design structures based on requirements and implement best practices and coding standards

Required qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid knowledge of multiple technical stacks and both Front End and Back End technologies/frameworks
• Experience with modern frameworks such as PHP+MySQL, Django, Java, Swift, MERN, MEAN, Xamarin, and Unity
• Familiarity with JIRA or other Project Management Tools
• Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching, influencing, and delegation
