Technical Lead

Job Summary

Supporting an ongoing analytics and reporting modernization project, the remote Technical Lead will manage preventive maintenance, troubleshoot production issues, and oversee major version upgrades.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and apply minor patches as needed
• Manage major version upgrades and webserver upgrades
• Install and configure new projects, including Crystal Server and Oracle Client

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Btech preferred)
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in technical support and project management
• Experience with AD configuration and first-time setup processes
