Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Technical Lead will oversee a cross-functional software engineering team, ensuring high-quality project delivery on time while providing technical guidance and fostering collaboration using agile methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead for product feature implementation, establishing engineering best practices and coding standards
• Lead the design and architecture of complex features to ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives
• Mentor developers and facilitate technical discussions to enhance team capabilities and drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering and application architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience leading technical design and implementation of complex software solutions
• Strong knowledge of modern software architecture, distributed systems, and enterprise application technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments and with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
