Job Summary

To lead an international software development team, the full-time Technical Lead will provide technical direction, manage team deliverables, and ensure high-quality outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team workflow and allocate tasks based on developers' skills and experience
• Design solutions aligned with project goals and oversee the deployment of applications across environments
• Promote code quality and client satisfaction through regular reviews and meaningful test coverage

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience with cloud-native and open-source technologies
• A minimum of 3 years in an Agile environment utilizing methodologies like TDD and continuous integration
• 5 years of experience managing a software development team
• Expertise in NodeJS, NestJS, and experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
