Job Summary

Driving technical execution across backend, frontend, mobile, AI, and data initiatives, the full-time Technical Lead will partner with founders and engineering teams to translate product goals into clear technical plans and resolve complex engineering challenges in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical execution across various initiatives including backend, frontend, mobile, AI, and data
• Translate ambiguous product goals into clear technical plans, milestones, and trade-offs
• Coordinate cross-domain engineering work and remove execution blockers

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience leading large-scope technical work across multiple engineers or teams
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar role
• Strong engineering fundamentals and technical judgment across multiple domains
• Deep familiarity with AI tools and their application in technical execution
