Technical Lead

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Technical Lead for a remote, full-time position, responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions, providing technical leadership, and ensuring alignment across Salesforce Org deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise Salesforce solutions
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop integration strategies to ensure alignment across Salesforce applications and enterprise systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect in integrated IT solutions
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of at least 5 full-time resources
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of qualifying Salesforce application development experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong technical leadership, solution architecture, and system integration experience
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce application development experience using multiple technologies such as Apex and Lightning Web Components
