Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Technical Lead for a remote, full-time position focused on providing technical leadership across Agile product pods, driving engineering excellence, and contributing to software development for digital banking capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and act as the primary point of contact between development teams and engineering leadership
- Remain actively involved in software design, development, and troubleshooting while contributing high-quality production code
- Design scalable, resilient solutions and collaborate with architects to define future-state architectures for digital banking products
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications
- 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role such as Technical Lead or Senior Engineer
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture and distributed systems
- Strong experience leading technical discussions and influencing engineering decisions across teams
