Job Summary
Leading the migration of APIs from WebSphere Application Server to Tomcat, the full-time Technical Lead will oversee complex software design and provide technical leadership within the Core Services module, focusing on performance optimization and scalable systems.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and migration of APIs, ensuring performance, security, and scalability
- Drive system design, specification development, and documentation while making architectural decisions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and mentor development teams
Required qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, and microservices architecture
- Proven track record in API development and migration projects
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot and J2EE frameworks
- Experience with REST and SOAP API development and performance tuning
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL and familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
