Technical Lead
Job Summary
Guiding the design and development of an enterprise-scale digital platform, the full-time Technical Lead will work remotely to lead architecture decisions across WordPress, Drupal, and Salesforce while mentoring a cross-functional delivery team and engaging with clients.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation decisions for WordPress, Drupal, and Salesforce, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building trusted relationships
- Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering and design team, fostering a collaborative culture
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of five years of relevant experience in software development or technical leadership
- Experience with content management platforms, specifically WordPress and Drupal, including custom development
- Proven ability to design and integrate RESTful APIs across multiple systems
- Strong understanding of accessible development practices (Section 508, WCAG 2.1)
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and building relationships with clients and stakeholders
