Key responsibilities
- Directly lead and grow the engineering team, setting technical direction and managing mentorship and career growth practices
- Own the architecture of Next.js applications and drive the migration of legacy systems to a modern stack
- Design and implement AI-driven workflows and optimize data pipelines connecting the platform with client financial systems
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in engineering leadership, having formally managed a team of engineers
- 7+ years of experience building and scaling production-grade web applications
- Full-stack development expertise with a focus on backend and infrastructure
- Experience leading distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones
- Familiarity with regulated domains such as healthcare or fintech is a plus
