Technical Lead
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead, the full-time position based in or near Austin, Texas will design and develop scalable backend services, manage data layers, and implement CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front-end applications
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
- Collaborate with product, QA, and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Strong hands-on development experience in Python
- Proficiency with RDBMS (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Experience with at least one frontend framework such as Svelte, Angular, React, or Next.js
- Familiarity with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration
- Experience working in a distributed/remote engineering team
