Job Summary
Designing and developing automation solutions for enterprise storage environments, the full-time Technical Lead will focus on automating storage pool monitoring and operational actions while collaborating with infrastructure and operations teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for enterprise storage infrastructure
- Build automated monitoring, alerting, and remediation workflows for storage operations
- Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable solutions
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Python scripting and automation development
- Proven experience in storage automation and enterprise storage management environments
- Experience developing automation solutions for IBM DS8K and VTS storage platforms
- Hands-on experience with REXX scripting and automation
