Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Lead/Agile Coach to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team on a federal program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach teams on value-driven delivery methodologies
- Guide Agile transformations in large enterprise or federal settings, ensuring compliance with VA standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven success in guiding Agile transformations, particularly in healthcare IT or federal environments
- Mastery of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban
- Strong experience with Agile tools like Jira and GitHub
- Bachelor's degree required
