Technical Lead and Audit Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Team Lead and Audit Manager to support the DLA AMPS Legacy initiative within an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as technical team lead facilitating daily stand-ups and sprint planning
• Collaborate with the AMPS PMO and team to manage and refine the product backlog and user stories
• Lead the development and execution of audit readiness plans, including evidence collection and compliance documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading technical team projects
• Demonstrated experience supporting audit readiness and compliance for federal programs
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work across multiple stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Audit, compliance, or cybersecurity certification is a plus
