Technical Lead - App Development

Job Summary

Seeking a highly qualified Technical Lead - App Development, the remote permanent position will manage the design and delivery of high-quality enterprise applications, focusing on Java development with Kafka while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement standard software solutions, conduct technical troubleshooting, and develop secure, high-quality production code
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and work efficiently in an Agile team environment
• Mentor team members on coding standards, perform code reviews, and create automated test plans/strategies

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Java, including core and advanced concepts
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, Java (Spring Boot), and NoSQL databases such as Cassandra or MongoDB
• Expertise in OpenShift Kubernetes and event-driven architecture
• Solid understanding of Agile methodology and experience managing the complete software development process
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style
