Job Summary
Leading a team of SRE and DevOps engineers, the full-time Technical Lead - App Development will ensure high availability and performance of mission-critical production systems while managing incidents and driving automation in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of production systems through SRE best practices
- Manage deployments, rollbacks, and environment synchronization across various stages while troubleshooting middleware issues
- Lead major incident management processes, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with ITIL processes
Required Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in SRE, Middleware, and DevOps engineering
- Deep expertise in middleware platforms such as WebLogic, Tomcat, Apache, and Nginx
- Proficiency in CDN technologies like Akamai and observability tools such as New Relic and Splunk
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring and guiding teams
- Experience with automation tools including Shell scripting, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
