Job Summary
Leading the engineering efforts for advisor and client-facing applications, the full-time Technical Lead - Application Engineering will architect and optimize platforms while ensuring compliance with financial industry security standards, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end engineering for applications, focusing on performance, scalability, and security
- Architect distributed microservices and guide frontend engineering using modern frameworks
- Oversee the full SDLC within Agile frameworks, driving quality and high-velocity delivery
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in application/platform engineering with increasing responsibility
- Strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, and cloud engineering
- Experience with AI-enabling integrations and secure API design
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex solutions
- Working knowledge of Azure AI Foundry and the Azure AI/OpenAI service ecosystem
