Technical Lead - Autonomous Systems

Job Summary

Leading the technical staff in a fully remote capacity, the Technical Lead - Autonomous Systems will oversee the development and implementation of autonomous and unmanned systems, mentor engineers, and ensure cohesive architecture while managing complex software systems for mission objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team and manage architectural decisions aligned with secure software development practices
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning
• Translate operational imperatives into product capabilities and guide development towards effective solutions

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience leading technical teams developing complex software systems
• Hands-on technical depth in at least two areas: autonomous systems, tactical-edge networking, or distributed systems
• Experience defining technical roadmaps and collaborating with product management
• Familiarity with autonomy and tactical-edge ecosystems, including relevant interoperability standards
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance
