Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Backend Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance backend microservices using various technologies
Implement event-driven architectures for real-time system communication
Write and maintain automated unit and integration tests to ensure code quality

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a STEM-related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years of experience in software engineering
Proficiency in Java and experience with SQL & NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of API design and development, including RESTful services
Experience or interest in prompt engineering and AI agents with Large Language Models is a plus
