Technical Lead / Business Analyst
Job Summary
Combining hands-on technical leadership with strong business analysis skills, the full-time Technical Lead / Business Analyst will support a Federal web modernization and digital services program by translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and guiding development coordination in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a bridge between Government stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to support web modernization and digital services delivery
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead technical design discussions and coordinate development activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and Federal standards
Required qualifications
- Experience in web modernization, digital services, or public-facing website programs
- Hands-on technical understanding of Drupal or comparable WCMS platforms and modern web development practices
- Experience in Agile/Scrum or Kanban delivery environments, coordinating cross-functional teams
- Working knowledge of Section 508/WCAG standards and Federal digital service expectations
- Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence for backlog management and collaboration
