Technical Lead - C++

Job Summary

Leading a small team of engineers, the part-time Technical Lead - C++ will focus on code quality, technical direction, and delivery of complex VoIP and PBX systems while primarily working remotely with occasional office visits in Coimbra.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Scrum activities including sprint planning and task breakdown
• Assign work and provide day-to-day technical guidance to team members
• Own and enforce code review standards while ensuring codebase maintainability

Required qualifications

• Strong expertise in C++ (C++17 minimum) with hands-on coding experience
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP)
• Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams
• Familiarity with multithreaded systems and debugging techniques
• Agile/Scrum experience, preferably with Jira/Atlassian tools
