Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (C++ / Networking / Telephony Systems).

Key Responsibilities

Lead Scrum activities including sprint planning and task breakdown
Assign work and provide technical guidance to a small team of engineers
Own and enforce code review standards while ensuring codebase maintainability

Required Qualifications

Strong C++ programming skills (C++17 minimum)
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP)
Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams
Familiarity with multithreaded systems and debugging techniques
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Atlassian
