Job Summary

Leading technology initiatives for finance applications, the full-time Senior Manager, Technical Lead Corporate Systems Finance will oversee the management of PeopleSoft and Cloud ERP systems, collaborate with business teams, and ensure technical solutions align with industry standards while participating in a multi-year transformation to Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT operations for finance applications, ensuring high-quality technical solutions and compliance with security standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to resolve complex service requests and drive continuous improvement
• Lead and mentor technical team members, fostering a culture of best practices and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, or computer science, or equivalent experience/certification
• 7+ years of professional experience in IT application development and support, including 5+ years with PeopleSoft financials and Cloud ERP modules
• 5+ years of technology leadership experience in managed services or sourced environments
• Extensive experience with data integrations and IT outsourcing activities
• Experience in Agile methodologies and managing technical priorities within a backlog
