Technical Lead, Data Analytics

Job Summary

Serving as the senior technical expert for a portfolio of enterprise customers, the full-time Technical Lead, Data Analytics will focus on solving complex SQL and cloud data platform problems, mentoring analysts, and driving technical excellence in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the investigation and resolution of complex customer issues involving data, analytics, and cloud platforms
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL solutions while mentoring and coaching analysts
• Partner closely with customers to maximize the value of the analytics platform through technical guidance and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience working with SQL in production environments
• Deep expertise with relational databases and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
• Strong experience designing, troubleshooting, and optimizing data warehouses and analytics solutions
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with experience mentoring teammates
