Technical Lead, Data Integration

Job Summary

As the primary technical expert, the full-time Technical Lead, Data Integration will design, develop, and optimize enterprise data integration pipelines, data warehouse platforms, and analytics solutions while working remotely in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data integration pipelines using modern ETL/ELT frameworks
• Architect and support enterprise data warehouse and data lake environments, ensuring data governance and quality
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to data engineers and analysts while promoting data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, and business intelligence
• Strong expertise with Oracle databases, advanced SQL, and ETL/ELT solutions using tools like Informatica or Azure Data Factory
• Experience with Power BI or similar analytics platforms
• Proven ability to lead technical design discussions and mentor team members
