Technical Lead - Data Platform

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead - Data Platform & Storage.

Key Responsibilities

• Set technical direction across the data platform and provide guidance to the engineering organization
• Design, implement, and operationalize core systems, including writing code and debugging production issues
• Represent the company's approach to data infrastructure at conferences and with customers

Required Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with storage and/or database systems in production
• Experience working across multiple programming languages and paradigms, with a focus on Rust
• Familiarity with columnar formats such as Arrow and Parquet, as well as query engines
• Proven technical credibility and ability to influence others
• Experience in technical evangelism and customer-focused platform evolution
