Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (Applied Data Scientist).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the technical implementation of a robust red teaming project
• Develop evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, and model validation strategies aligned with safety goals
• Lead adversarial testing efforts and coordinate with ML engineers and infrastructure teams to ensure production readiness

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in applied data science, ML product work, or security-focused AI
• Proven experience in production-grade systems with a background in data science or ML engineering
• Strong analytical toolkit including Python, SQL, and familiarity with modern ML tooling
• Experience working with LLMs or embedding-based classification systems
• Ability to operate effectively across ML, infrastructure, and policy/strategy contexts
