Technical Lead - Data Solutions

Job Summary

Leading a team of developers and architects, the full-time Technical Lead - Data Solutions will oversee the establishment of end-to-end data solutions, modernize legacy integrations, and drive the transition to API-driven models in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the development team in creating cloud-native data pipelines and ensuring alignment with cloud architecture standards
• Identify efficiencies within existing solutions and participate in planning for future technology needs
• Conduct training for new hires and support the ongoing development and performance reviews of team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or IT preferred
• 4+ years of experience in application development with hands-on experience in .NET Core and Entity Framework Core
• Advanced knowledge of Azure resources and architecture, including experience with Azure Data Factory and API integrations
• Practical experience in data modeling and using ETL tools
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD processes, and business process development
