Technical Lead - ESA and NEPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead - ESA, NEPA, and Interagency Consultation Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight of all assigned projects and contract personnel
• Analyze and synthesize scientific data to evaluate environmental impacts on aquatic habitats and protected species
• Lead the development of ESA Biological Opinions and prepare NEPA documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with six years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with two years of relevant experience in a related field
• Knowledge of salmonid life cycles and habitat requirements
• Experience implementing ESA and MSA regulations and preparing federal regulatory documents
• Program management and project scheduling experience
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workplace tools
