Technical Lead - FHIR

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead - II_FHIR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering and clarification with payer stakeholders for FHIR Prior Authorization implementations
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear functional and API level documentation
• Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in healthcare IT
• Strong background in healthcare interoperability: FHIR and RESTful APIs
• Experience working with payers, provider systems, or clearinghouses
• Proven capability in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder coordination
• Comfortable running customer-facing testing and validation cycles
