• 5+ years of experience with developer tools, build environments, or low-level systems
• Experience owning a zero to one product or platform with significant autonomy
• Passionate about building tools that enhance engineer productivity
• Ability to thrive in a high trust, high ambiguity environment
• Availability for 4+ hours of overlap with Eastern Time Zone team members
