Technical Lead for Federal Healthcare
Job Summary
Providing technical and product leadership for complex federal healthcare systems, the full-time remote Technical Lead for Federal Healthcare will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog while guiding the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that align with customer needs and program objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and federal healthcare requirements
- Serve as the primary technical and product liaison with CMS and other stakeholders, leading discussions and gathering requirements
- Drive solution discovery by collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate technical options and recommend scalable solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of software development experience, including 2-3 years in a Technical Lead or similar leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in defining product vision and managing product roadmaps
- Experience with microservices architecture and full-stack development technologies such as JavaScript, React, and Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and containerization technologies like Docker
