Job Summary
Driving the modernization of legacy enterprise applications, the full-time remote Technical Lead for TTB will provide hands-on technical leadership, define architectural standards, and guide a cross-functional team in transforming systems into a cloud-ready, microservices-based platform.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the technical lead for modernizing legacy applications into scalable, cloud-ready architectures
- Define technical direction, architecture standards, and engineering best practices for the team
- Guide the decomposition of monolithic systems into maintainable microservices and lead design sessions
Required qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in modern backend development, particularly with Java and enterprise application frameworks
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering microservices and distributed systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
