Technical Lead for VoIP Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead (C++ / Networking / Telephony Systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum activities including sprint planning and task tracking
• Assign work and provide technical guidance to a small team of engineers
• Ensure code quality through code reviews and maintainability of the codebase

Required Qualifications

• Strong expertise in C++ (C++17 minimum) and hands-on coding experience
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/UDP)
• Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira/Atlassian
• Ability to work effectively in large, complex codebases
