Technical Lead Full Stack

Job Summary

Driving the modernization of enterprise web applications, the remote contract Technical Lead, Full Stack will manage a team of developers through the software development lifecycle while ensuring high standards and scalability of the application ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop, and lead the creation of low-level design documents for application components
• Plan and coordinate daily technical activities, enforcing coding standards and managing releases
• Perform hands-on full-stack development, writing scalable code that adheres to modern design principles

Required qualifications

• 8 years of experience with enterprise-level Java applications
• 3 years of experience in a Technical Lead role, including work breakdown and release management
• Experience in full-stack development across databases, web services, and front-end technologies
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including code reviews and test case automation
