Technical Lead, Full-Stack Development

Job Summary

To support the scaling of an XR platform, the remote Technical Lead, Full-Stack Development will manage technical architecture, lead solution design, and contribute hands-on development for AI-powered immersive training products on a contract-to-full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture of the XR Training Academy platform and define architecture standards
• Design scalable cloud-native architectures and guide AI architecture and integration decisions
• Translate product requirements into technical implementation plans and support sprint planning activities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in a Technical Lead or Solution Architect role
• Strong full-stack development experience, including TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience designing and building cloud-native applications on platforms like Azure
• Familiarity with AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering
• Strong systems-thinking and architecture skills with experience leading technical design discussions
